TT EVOLUTION
TT Engineering & Manufacturing is an established manufacturer providing one-stop metal fabrication solution to the key global players in the semiconductor, LED and opto-electronics industries. Our manufacturing plant, with a built up area upto 60,000 square feet, is conveniently located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, within the central region of Malaysia.
Over the years, our market has expanded to serve electronics, automotive, refrigeration, furniture and fittings, aerospace components, LED lighting, solar and many other similar industries in the value-add manufacturing services. Our export market dominates about seventy percent of our annual sales revenue.
TT has accumulated more than two decades of experience in the design and manufacture of metal parts and components for specific applications in the semi-conductor and value add industries. We have hoarded a wealth of expertise and a comprehensive range of jigs, fixtures and tooling availability to better serve our customers. Our strength, aside from manufacturing, well includes design and development of new products and prototypes in collaboration with our customers. The wide varying experience in aluminium extrusion, precision machining coupled with trained personnel and well equipped modern technology has made us a vital player in the aluminium and metal fabrication.
We regard our employees as our invaluable assets. We lay emphasis on continuous improvement through employee training and development, with skills and talent upgrading programs. We deploy good manufacturing practices in our quality system with utmost consistency.
HISTORIC MILESTONE
1982
Local partnership formation with intent to design and manufacture aluminium
extruded lead frame magazines and carrier in the semiconductor industry.
1985
Business evolution in the design and fabrication of aluminium and metal parts
for semiconductor industry covering Assembly FOL to EOL.
1991
Presented certificate of appreciation from AT&T Microelectronics Pte. Ltd.
1992
Acquired 60,000 square feet land in Seri Kembangan and built own manufacturing
facility comprising extrusion press, machining center and surface finishing line.
1994
Received appreciation award from the following global semiconductor players :
- Sharp Roxy Sdn. Bhd.
- AT&T Microelectronics Pte. Ltd.
- National Semiconductor ( Malacca )
1999
Successfully achieved QMS Standards ISO 9002:1994 accreditation by
Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance ( LRQA ) on 11th August 1999.
2002
QMS Standards ISO 9001:2000 certification by LRQA on 29th August.
2004
Embarked on ISO / TS16949 on 7th October 2004 with the intent to serve automotive industry.
2005
Implemented CAD/CAM system to facilitate and automate design and manufacturing activities.
2006
Accredited ISO / TS16949:2002 by LRQA on 12th May 2006, collaborated with Ford and Volvo as first tier supplier.
2009
Certified for ISO 9001:2008 by LRQA on 5th November 2009.
2010
Capacity expansion for CNC milling, laser cutting and marking machines.
2011
Certified for ISO 9001:2008 by Moody International on 11th August 2011.
2012
Process improvement via upgrading of stamping and press machines.
2013
Process improvement via upgrading of marking machines.
